OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE
From its’ inception, BUSINESSLABS was always intended to be a workspace with a focus on community. With the onset of the novel corona virus (COVID-19), that commitment was brought into full force, informing our actions at the earlier stages of the pandemic, as well as throughout the gradual increase of health measures, and now with the steady lifting of these. After reaching out to each of our tenant, and structuring financial incentives to combat the difficulties each were surely feeling, we immediately began setting out to understand this virus and how we can build a safe space in the times ahead.
Getting the Fundamentals Right
We have followed the information coming from the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as our own health officials to put together effective and meaningful health measures. In light of these, we have put together a set of strong measures which can help us to ensure the safety of our entire community.

Sanitize
Hand sanitizers have been placed all around the common spaces and members are being encouraged to utilize them frequently

Distance
Our open spaces lend themselves to having all of our members keep a safe distance from each other

Temperature
We’re asking all of our members to check their temperature before entering the premises
4.
Cleaning
We have increased the cleaning frequency of the workspace, and will be monitoring whether further increases should be considered
Our workspace working for our community
We have put our spaces to good use. Meeting spaces such as Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms, our Coworking Area and the Business Lounge are being utilized so as tenants can keep a safe distance from each other and their colleagues.
As the situation begins to stabilize and we steadily enter the ‘new-normal’, we are committed to remaining vigilant on global updates pertaining to the virus so as to be able to act swiftly to improve any measures already in place. Our side of the standard measures we have received from health officials, we are looking at implementing stronger measures so as to continue to ensure the safety of each of our members.
