Here's how we're looking to help


With the uncertainty of the last 6 months having no real end in sight, we understand that there is little visibility on the next 6 month period. We are therefore offering a discounted initial term for the first 6 months of all Serviced Office Space agreements to help ease the cost burden moving forward.


Since we fully understand the undesirability of uncertainty, particularly in current times, we structure our agreements to be all-inclusive so that there are no hidden or add-on fees. All of our agreements are inclusive of anything to do with office space management, from cleaning & maintenance, to reception services, boardroom/meeting room use, and consumables such as tea, coffee, and water.


We structure our agreements so that we can help facilitate the scaling up in case your business experiences growth or requires further temporary resources, but can also scale down after closing a project or in case you need to down-size. 

A Central Location

Our premises is located centrally in Birkirkara, meaning you are close to any part of the island. And in case of public transport, routes service all areas of the island.

A Safe Workspace

We have taken all of the prescribed precautions to make our workspace a safe environment for all of our members & tenants.

Resilient Infrastructure

Our set up includes backup generators and internet lines so as to make sure that no matter what happens you have a space to work out of.
